BODY SCULPTORS POLICIES:
BOOKING:
If
possible, schedule your desired appointment times 1 month in
advance. Please advise us of any planned vacations, out of town
meetings, etc., so that we may book other clients in that spot.
Last second appointment requests are acceptable, but there is a
chance that they might not be accommodated due to prior
commitments.
CANCELLATIONS:
With the
exception of emergency situations, any session cancelled with
less than 24 hour notice will be charged at the rate of a full
session.
LATENESS:
If you are
running late, please give us a courtesy call. I suggest that
you program our number in your cell phone, palm pilot, etc. If
you are 20 minutes late and we have not received a call from
you, you will be considered a "no show" and be held responsible
for the missed session. Please Note: If you are late
for your session and there is a pre-existing appointment
immediately following your scheduled time we may not be able to
meet with you for the entire 1 hour.
REFUND
POLICY:
Purchased
sessions are non-refundable. However, any training sessions
unused by our clients can be transferred to their friends or
family members.
EXPIRATION DATES:
Individual training
packages may be used however you choose with no
expiration. Body Sculptors Premium Package
sessions will expire at an agreed upon date based on the package
that you purchased and the frequency of your training. For
example, if you purchase a 10 session package and you train two
(2) times a week, it should take you five (5) weeks to complete
your program to complete your package unless prior arrangements
have been made.
THE
FIRST APPOINTMENT:
The first
session that you book with Body Sculptors is pre-paid unless
prior arrangements have been made. You can use your credit card
by clicking the PayPal option below; it is 100% safe, is
used by ebay, and countless other vendors who do business on the
